GoZen Forms has a simple but pleasing UI that is reminiscent of Typeform. While it is not as fully implemented as that established brand, this is a promising early-stage developer with a good eye for features and design. The s/w seems to still be a bit buggy, but the developer is responsive and clearly committed to improving the software. Some of the UI is confusing around putting the forms together. As a single person business, segmenting my audience as I grow is important. GoZen forms has been helpful in starting to build simple forms that can be integrated into my opt-in sequence. I really appreciate how easy it is to use this product. It's much simpler than the previous form tool I was using. I also love the pre-made templates - there are so many to choose from, which is great for finding inspiration for the right form. Most of all, I love the AI feature that helps generate forms for me. I like the ease of use, the ability to use the Logic function to create advanced questionnaires and the possibilities of connecting with other tools via webhooks or Pabbly. About a year ago there was an update, namely that you can fix a form that is published. This is great - if one wants to edit an existing form, one doesn't have to create it again! I wouldn't say I outright dislike it, more that there is room for improvement: Templates. All templates (at least what I can see in my account) can be viewed as "Slides" (that is, as form types where only one query is displayed at a time). Of course, when you select a given template, you can then change the form type to One Page in the settings, where you see all the queries on one page. While our overall experience has been largely positive, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Sometimes, the loading times for certain features can be a bit slow, especially when dealing with larger forms or extensive data. Additionally, I would love to see even more customization options for the form designs. I've been using an alternate product (jotform) for years - I saw GoZen Forms advertised, registered and started to explore it and found the interface was uncluttered, easy to learn, the help screens insightful and relevant.

I am just in the progress of migrating my forms over. I love that my account now has access to unlimited form creation 'all in' where as before i was paying considerably more for this - I can't wait to dive deeper in to NPS surveys and creating conditional forms.

I will be embeding these form on my WordPress site and taking them straight into my hubspot CRM.

So far everything is extremely straightforward, easy to use and get going to publishing.

Some of the key features for me are the integrations with Google Sheets and Hubspot - I can take my survey results directly into my CRM< and keep track of them. I also like the faciity to pass parameters on the URL to allow me to pre-populate a hidden key or event name so I can reuse the same form for different scenarios without expecting the form completer to have to. So far, nothing "not to like" springs to mind. It would be great to import forms created in other platforms, but that is just me being lazy. It won't take me long. The roadmap looks promising.

What I like most about GoZen Forms is its user interface, it has an exquisite UI, it is very easy to use and with its templates that cover all the primary needs that any business may have it is wonderful, the integration is very simple, the collection of information is very good and with the integrations with other tools it makes GoZen Forms an essential and very functional tool.

Something that I really liked is its handling of logic, it is really easy to make the conditions. Another key aspect is how it gives you the insights and the summary of the results is easy for anyone to understand. It is undoubtedly a tool that I needed.

It is important to consider that if you connect the GoZen ecosystem you can have very powerful tools and everything connected.

Changing the language of the forms is also very simple, the same as the style, with the possibility of changing colors and fonts you can give it a look & feel to your liking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there's anything I dislike so far, but there are certain things that could be improved, like the contact information that could be in a single slide and not asking for name, surname, email, and phone number one by one. I would like an optional checkbox above the button for the terms and conditions and not a slide just for Yes or No. The loading time is sometimes longer, this could improve the experience.
