Goxee Dealer Reviews & Product Details

Goxee is an all-in-one automotive sales and dealership management platform designed to help car dealers connect with more customers, automate lead engagement, manage inventory, and sell more vehicles. At the center of Goxee's communication technology is its AI Voice Agent, an intelligent virtual salesperson capable of handling natural, human-like phone conversations, answering inbound calls, making personalized outbound calls, following up with leads, discussing available vehicles, and guiding shoppers toward appointments and purchases. Unlike traditional answering services, Goxee's Voice Agent works directly with dealership CRM data, customer conversations, and vehicle inventory. It supports customizable sales objectives, intelligent callbacks, simultaneous outbound outreach, live transfers to available salespeople, and seamless handoffs to live video walkarounds. Beyond voice automation, Goxee provides an integrated automotive CRM, automated text messaging, lead management, dealership phone services, live video calling, inventory management, competitive vehicle pricing intelligence through Radar, professional vehicle photography, 360° vehicle presentations, and digital marketing tools. By bringing customer communication, sales automation, inventory intelligence, and vehicle merchandising together, Goxee helps dealerships create a more connected, efficient, and personalized car-buying experience—from the first inquiry to the final sale.
