They are attentive to when I've had questions and handle issues in a very timely manner. I meet with GoToro representatives weekly to discuss lead flow and sourcing. If the volume of leads are lighter, they are very quick to adjust our budget to areas of the most need for drivers. **What do you dislike about GoToro?** I don't have anything I dislike about GoToro. The only issue I've ever had is drivers applying who don't meet our minimum requirements. However, this is more of a reflection of drivers applying knowing they don't meet guidlines as they are laid out before they apply. GoToro always assists in making sure these leads are limited that come through to our pipeline. **What problems is GoToro solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoToro is assisting in our need of recruiting CDL-A drivers. Over the course of the last 19 months I've had great confidence in GoToro delivering good, qualified drivers to our company. ### 2. When adjustments needed to be made, they were done in a timely manner. **What problems is GoToro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding qualified candidates for training and employment. ### 3. The customer service and constant evolution of the recruiting platform is top notch. **What do you dislike about GoToro?** We did notice a bit of a slow start to our hiring campaign as the software was learning and adapting to our campaign. We were told up front that the first couple weeks are typically a bit slower, but its just something to be aware of. **What problems is GoToro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest thing that GoToro assisted us with is coordinating and organizing our hiring effort. With all of our potential employees in the same place, streamlined communication with the applicants, and the ability to take notes and update applicant status within our company we found that we were much mroe organized and efficient internally in terms of tracking and communicating with applicants. ### 4. They do the heavy lifting for us when we need to find some hard to find people. ### 5. There are a number of features that I find to be particulary helpful and the platform is easy for Drivers to use. I have filled my trucks multiple times using Fat-J. **What do you dislike about GoToro?** I have never had any issues using GoToro/Fat-J. **What problems is GoToro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recruiting, generating leads for me.
