I've worked with GoToro since November 2022 and they have provided excellent customer service and attention to detail to assist in our recruiting needs. They are attentive to when I've had questions and handle issues in a very timely manner. I meet with GoToro representatives weekly to discuss lead flow and sourcing. I don't have anything I dislike about GoToro. The only issue I've ever had is drivers applying who don't meet our minimum requirements. However, this is more of a reflection of drivers applying knowing they don't meet guidlines as they are laid out before they apply.
