The heatmaps, funnels, AI insights, and no-code experiment setup make it a true ā€œone-stop shopā€ for my CRO needs. The customer support is also excellent. Finally, the reasonable price makes it an affordable CRO solution for our nonprofit. **What do you dislike about GoStellar?** I'd love to see heatmaps and funnel visuals for all traffic, regardless of whether I've set up an experiment (like HotJar or Microsoft Clarity). This would make it even more of a "one stop shop" for my CRO needs. **What problems is GoStellar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can set up experiments without having to develop any code. The AI-generated insights are smart and save me a lot of time, since I donā€™t have to spend hours mining data to find meaningful takeaways. The heatmaps and funnel-stage visuals also make it easy to quickly spot friction points for our website visitors. On top of that, I can do all of this in one place, so I donā€™t need to log in to multiple software applications to accomplish the first three steps. ### 2. I love the interface, it's really simple to use, and the design is great. As a non-developer, I can easily go into the platform and run a simple experiment within five minutes, which is fantastic. Having the ability to make changes and run experiments really simply definitely stands out. In comparison to a lot of other platforms that require more technical expertise and developer support, GoStellar allows me and my team to self-serve, which I find incredibly valuable. The documentation is very clear and having video tutorials makes it even easier to understand. Overall, the ease of setup and use is great, allowing us to get up and running smoothly without any problems. **What do you dislike about GoStellar?** There is a slight downside that it will inevitably slow down your website a little bit because of the JavaScript you need to implement to get GoStellar running. But other than that, I haven't really seen any downsides. **What problems is GoStellar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use GoStellar for testing and gaining insights, improving user experience by allowing easy testing of messaging, layout, and design. It's super easy to install and get campaigns up and running. We're running about half a dozen campaigns through it right now and have plans for plenty more. The tools are easy and the support has been great in the rare cases where our own user errors have pushed us to need it. **What do you dislike about GoStellar?** I just wish we'd found it sooner! I do occasionally have to reload the dashboard but it's honestly more likely to be a me issue, or an issue with one of my extensions. **What problems is GoStellar solving and how is that benefiting you?** We regularly AB test changes to landing pages to make sure we're optimizing for conversions, ROI, etc. ### 4. From a product perspective, it is unbelivably easy to use and set up all of your testing variations. The editor is very seamless, the ability to set up variants is streamlined, and the overall user-experience is much better than apps I've used in the past. My big pain point with A/B testing tools in the market is that it is very difficult to get things set up for even a simple A/B test. Coming from Google Optimize, GoStellar fills that gap in the market and allows for a lot of complex testing capabilities as well. I am so happy we found GoStellar because we kept bouncing between apps and could not find one that is suitable. Everything we needed - GoSteller has. Secondly, the communication is superb. With other platforms, we would have to wait several days to even weeks to get a response. With GoStellar, we get a response in like 24 hours max. Juan and the team are amazing - cannot recommend this app enough. **What do you dislike about GoStellar?** Nothing major to be honest. Like anything in life, it takes a bit of a learning curve to learn how to use the platform but it is not that difficult at all. The user-experience is super clean, simple, and easy to use.
