Dialogflow’s natural language understanding (NLU) stands out for its impressive ability to accurately interpret user intents and its support for multiple languages. Integrating it with Google Cloud and other platforms such as WhatsApp, Slack and websites is smooth and straightforward. The visual flow builder, along with the prebuilt agents, significantly accelerates development, making it particularly helpful for those who are new to the platform and support customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Dialogflow is great for basic bots, it can get complex when handling dynamic contexts or multi-turn conversations. The documentation sometimes lacks depth for advanced use cases, and debugging can be tricky. Also, pricing can escalate quickly for high-traffic bots, especially when using fulfillment and cloud functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is one of the best language processing platforms on cloud. It has some amazing features such as the ready-made templates for various industries that are so valuable. It is easy to use and implement. I have been using it for the past 2 years now. They provide good customer support too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no dislikes as of now as I find it too valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialogflow’s intent detection and entity extraction are highly accurate, even with ambiguous or incomplete inputs. It supports multiple languages and can handle complex conversation flows naturally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialogflow ES (the older version) is easier to start with, but Dialogflow CX—which is better for enterprise-grade bots—has a steeper learning curve. Designing conversation flows using states and transitions takes time to master. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Google cloud is one of my go-to cloud ,among various tools, there is google cloud dataflow.in this product, the best part I saw is its user friendly visual flow builder, which made my way easier to design conversation flow. I remember when I practised several labs which was based on designing conversation bots,I really find it easier to do it and by that time,I didn't find anything which was tough nut to break i.e easy to understand functions. It also allows us to create agents and deploy it to various platforms like web,our Mobile apps as well as voice assistant ex-google voice assistant, Amazon's Alexa . Few things I got to know about its disadvantages which are like its cost as it is a bit expensive and pricing can quickly add up, specially for businesses with high usage. Also,I noticed while using it that it's support system needs to be improved as it's diagnosis/troubleshooting is a bit challenging and needed more attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialogflow makes building chatbots and voice assistants straightforward, even for beginners. I like its natural language understanding, it handles user intent well and integrates smoothly with other Google Cloud Service. It's easy to use and the user interface is also smooth, Implementation is quite easy. It also highly scalable, so it works well for both small projects and enterprise-level solutions. As such no dislikes, it's working as expected. But Pricing can also add up quickly if you're handling a large number of conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Google really knows how to make users addicted to their product by offering ease of use features, with proper customer support. Also, the easy Chatbot development process really helps in leveraging building products that will help you build generative models Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost, I think on the initial stage it becomes unbearable to afford the level of costing Google Cloud Dialogflow asks for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dialogflow by Google is a powerful tool for building conversational interfaces like chatbots and voice assistants. Its natural language understanding (NLU) is solid, especially with support for multiple languages and integration with Google Assistant, WhatsApp, and web platforms. The interface is user-friendly for beginners, yet robust enough for developers to build complex logic with fulfillment via webhooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialogflow is great for building smart bots, but CX’s cost, complexity, and Google-centric design may not suit everyone — especially small teams or cross-platform environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most likely thing is resources and demo available for navigation. Easy to use and manage daily task automatically. Also integration with other apps directly which help to manage time. The documentation part is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a major dislike but yes sometimes I face glitches in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
