What I like most about Google Cloud Dialogflow is that it makes building conversational experiences feel much simpler than I expected. I like that it can understand what users are actually trying to say instead of forcing them to follow a fixed set of commands. It has also been useful for creating and managing chatbots without having to build every little piece from scratch. The integration with the Google Cloud ecosystem is another big plus, especially when working on larger projects. Overall, it saves time and makes it easier to build a more natural conversational experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I found a little challenging with Google Cloud Dialogflow is that it can take some time to get comfortable with all the different settings and configuration options. The platform is powerful, but for someone who is new to conversational AI, the learning curve can feel a bit steep at first. I also feel that debugging conversations could be more straightforward in some situations. Once everything is set up properly it works well, but getting there can require some trial and error.
