I personally didn’t find anything wrong with the application. In fact, we couldn’t find any suitable replacement for it, since it was constantly evolving and upgrading. Based on our feedback, the team introduced geo-fencing and a speech-to-text feature, which reinforced that they were actively listening and improving the product. GoAudits makes it easy to conduct audits efficiently and maintain consistent reporting across different locations. The mobile app is particularly helpful for on-the-go inspections. The onboarding experience felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine walkthrough of the system. The in-app help and support materials are minimal, which makes it difficult to learn the platform independently.

In terms of pricing, GoAudits is higher than many competitors but lacks several key features you'd expect at that level — such as the ability to remove branding or purchase individual user seats instead of paying the same rate for all users.
