## About GNU GNATS
GNU GNATS is a set of tools for tracking bugs reported by users to a central site. It allows problem report management and communication with users via various means. GNATS stores all the information about problem reports in its databases and provides tools for querying, editing, and maintenance of the databases.

**What do you like best about GNU GNATS?**

I like how it's always accurate when users report bugs and has never failed me so far, so everything is the best to me.

**What do you dislike about GNU GNATS?**

There's nothing I found to dislike so far; nothing is not realized so far, so good.

**What problems is GNU GNATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with problem-solving, tracking issues, and tools to use.

**What do you like best about GNU GNATS?**

The ease of use and convenience in keeping a track on all the issues.

**What do you dislike about GNU GNATS?**

UI could be better. Kinda feels old school.

**Recommendations to others considering GNU GNATS:**

No complaints. The tools get the job done. Just go for it.

**What problems is GNU GNATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with a lot of freelancer developers. With GNATS, it's easier for us to control, track and resolve bugs in an efficient way.
