## About Glysten Books
Glysten Books is web-based bookkeeping for people who own buildings and businesses through several LLCs. Every company sits under one login and keeps its own complete, separate books, on one subscription instead of one per company. It is built around what an owner with rental property actually does. The bank feed suggests a category for each transaction and waits for your approval before anything posts. Mortgage payments are split into principal, interest and escrow. Bank and card statements reconcile the account from the PDF. Properties, loans and classes are built in. You can bring your books across from QuickBooks Online, and export each company's books at any time. Glysten Books runs in a browser, and the first month is free.
