I love the human relationships I have with the Worldpay team members who support our infrastructure and platforms. Meeting the partners at the Worldpay forum is always great, especially since we have long-term connections that help plan business growth. The software tools are also a big plus for managing merchants daily. The smooth procedures for text to pay integration and handling enrollment were impressive, even if not entirely effortless. Additionally, using Worldpay’s hosted payment infrastructure significantly helps us offload PCI compliance burdens. The initial setup back in 2011 was the easiest e-commerce operation we’ve ever done, largely due to the developer integrations team and the detailed documentation provided. Worldpay has gone through several acquisitions over the years, and that can cause some disruption. It can be a challenge ensuring we're communicating with the right people and that they have the correct access to our information and systems. I like that Worldpay for Platforms lets us run payments as our own product, providing a seamless experience for our merchants from onboarding through support. Worldpay handles the processing underneath, allowing us to maintain our brand at the forefront. The recurring billing through our WooCommerce plugins is solid, which our subscription clients really appreciate. The team at Worldpay is efficient, and we get our answers quickly, enabling us to service our clients effectively. It gets the job done, and we've had a good ongoing relationship with them. Integrations are well supported, and the boarding tools have been helpful in streamlining our onboarding process. The personnel we work with on a daily basis are extremely knowledgeable and resourceful, which makes day-to-day collaboration smooth. I can’t really say there’s anything I dislike about working with Worldpay. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be having a more open dialogue with some underwriters, who sometimes don’t have a clear understanding of how our customers conduct their business. There are some noticeable gaps between the different product lines. For example, certain pricing options and capabilities available in the integrated platform aren’t available in Payrix Pro. We’ve had a positive experience with Worldpay’s triPOS Cloud solution. The platform provides a flexible, cloud-based approach to payment processing that integrates well with our applications while reducing the complexity of managing payment devices and payment data.
