I like that Worldpay for Platforms lets us run payments as our own product, providing a seamless experience for our merchants from onboarding through support. Worldpay handles the processing underneath, allowing us to maintain our brand at the forefront. The recurring billing through our WooCommerce plugins is solid, which our subscription clients really appreciate. The team at Worldpay is efficient, and we get our answers quickly, enabling us to service our clients effectively. It gets the job done, and we've had a good ongoing relationship with them. Integrations are well supported, and the boarding tools have been helpful in streamlining our onboarding process. The personnel we work with on a daily basis are extremely knowledgeable and resourceful, which makes day-to-day collaboration smooth. What do you dislike about Global Payments for Platforms?

I can’t really say there’s anything I dislike about working with Worldpay. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be having a more open dialogue with some underwriters, who sometimes don’t have a clear understanding of how our customers conduct their business.
