there was a lot of email back and forth with a separate team that I was unaware about. And some aspects of the test got misconstrued. It was not damaging to the test but I had to spend more time emailing things I already emailed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We find the team at Global App Testing, including Abbie Sparks and Alexandru Dochian to be very helpful in helping us to achieve out testing goals. The team is responsive and the results are accurate and detailed. I appreciate how easy it is to read the test results, and I can always count on them being delivered promptly. Any issues encountered along the way are quickly resolved and the communication with the team is very ease. I've particularly worked with Ralph Walendy-Wrigley and Paul Chinta-Muresan and everything went smooth each time.

I use their service at least once a week for regression testing of the entire web app and sometimes for feature testing also.
