**What do you like best about Globagilityinc?**

Globality is a great company to work for. Despite a hard 2023, the future for Globality is good The team is close knit, and everyone is willing to get involved even if it is out of their comfort zone. I think communication could be better, but this is being worked on.

**What do you dislike about Globagilityinc?**

The rush to push out products will hurt us because if they are released out in the wild without proper vetting, the company will suffer with at best bad press and at worst losing the customer.

**What problems is Globagilityinc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Globality is a great combination of supportive, with a challenging mission and focus on development. If you're good, you're rewarded and looked after very well
