"Seamless Fundraising with Givebutter"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

I like that Givebutter offers a trustworthy way for donors to give and the option to include a percentage donation for the service. The site works well consistently, and I can always view all the information I need, making it reliable. The transfers to my bank happen smoothly, which means I don't have to worry about whether my requests were processed; they are completed as requested. I appreciate how easily the site works for donors—it’s convenient with just one click, they can see my logo right away on the platform. Also, the setup was easy, and I can effectively distinguish my campaign stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givebutter?

"Givebutter is so easy for nonprofits!"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

We have recently used Givebutter for checking in ticket purchasers at our event. The scanning process has been so simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givebutter?

We don't have a great way to make sure that those who have attended our events are receiving our newsletters, but I think that is more our organization's errors, not issues with Givebutter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Givebutter?

As a user, it seems that Givebutter has a culture of innovation, and it shows in their continuous addition of features, as well as their webinars and programs. I also really appreciate the responsiveness of their customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Fundraising with Great Usability"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

I love how Givebutter enables us to easily get contributions for our program with just a button. This feature makes it super easy for our contributors to donate, allowing them to focus on whichever campaign they want to support. The intuitive setup also made it easy to get started, and everything worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givebutter?

There was one small issue we noticed. The last time we did a campaign, there was a section where people could say how many were in their party. It was hard to find that information in the report that came out, including how many contributed and how much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Intuitive Fundraising Setup with Smooth Donor Interactions"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

No fees for non-profits. Easy to set up. Flexible editing. Fairly intuitive design. Easy to interact with donors to thank them for their contributions. Ability to share ownership/editing with a partner. No issues with lag time or crashing. Payment integration was doable for a beginner. What do you like best about Givebutter?

I liked the online silent auction option and the online chat is helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givebutter?

the system was very clunky. this is not a good system to use if running a big event. i did not like how paddle number and bidder number were different. not sure when that would be needed. not being able make someone a bidder if they had the same email or phone number as someone else created a HUGE hassle for our onboarding process. "Free, Wix-Friendly Donations That Keep More Going to the Cause"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

Free to use so that all my donations go to the cause the donor wants to support. It is also super easy to integrate with my Wix website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givebutter?

The only downside I have found is that it takes time to establish a Candid/Guidestar profile because it is outside the Givebutter organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So happy to hear that setting up donations on your Wix website was easy, even without a technical background!

And thanks for mentioning Candid/GuideStar! While a Candid profile is needed for verification, it's completely optional to get verified, and you can still fundraise while waiting for that process to be completed.

"We LOVE Give Butter and all the features that keep getting added!"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

Now having done multiple events with Give Butter, it has made our event tracking SO much easier. We are able to balance accounts and match up attendees with the seating feature. I have referred any non profit in the market I can to Give Butter! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also wanted to share that you can actually collect payments right from the mobile app without a card reader by using our Tap to Pay option. It’s a great alternative for on-site transactions.
