I really enjoy the newsletter feature with the editing ability for buttons and links, inserting videos, which gives it a very nice personal feel. It's also great that I can send out mass emails while keeping them personal by tagging specific names or donation amounts, which makes it feel personal but also saves me time. I like its ability to track and easily manage donors and their data. The direct communication with donors is very helpful and easy to read, and I find tagging specific donors really helpful.
