The ease of which it was to create an auction and engage donors in our work. There were so many options for customizing our Silent Auction and the communication was seamless with donors to come back and participate once they were in the system. I loved that the option was there for "fund a need" straight donations in addition to they typical silent auction offerings like minimum bid, maximum bid, reserve bid, etc. Once we familiarized ourselves updating information was fairly easy in the auction side.
