What do you like best about Givebutter?

It's relatively easy to use. It collects and stores donors names, email, and mailing addresses. Plus it gives you a summary of how often they donate and what the average donation is as well as how likely they will be to donate to future campaigns. What do you like best about Givebutter?

We continue to use Givebutter for all of our events and general donations. Setting up new events is very easy and I like that it generates a QR Code that gives the donor options for payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Givebutter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Givebutter allows up to have one place where people can donate to several different events. It also allows the donor to pay anytime of credit card fee whereas our previous donor management systes charged the organization automatically. This helps our organization keep more of the donation. "Givebutter: User-Friendly, Reliable, and Always Improving for Small Non-Profits"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

Givebutter is super user friendly and has great AI tools and customer service to answer questions about what you want to use the software for. I have found places where there are gaps in its abilities, but it gives you the power to vote for an addition to the software and I have been using GiveButter long enough and it changes often enough that I have seen things I voted for be implemented. It feels like the updates are always useful and I rarely if ever encounter bugs or oddities. We have added a newsletter sign up to our website interconnecting GiveButter and our other systems and it has worked flawlessly. I would love to connect it with other systems too. I think for the price and the charging model it is absolutely the best system out there for small non-profits who want to keep all their information in one place, email from one place, and continue to grow with this great tool. What do you dislike about Givebutter?

It is a more limited tool than some fundraising CRM systems, but it is covering more things a little bit and in my mind it's workable and helpful. Especially as a non-profit with razor thin margins it's been so helpful to eliminate multiple more elaborate systems in exchange for it all being in one place. But I know there are things still missing that I would like to take advantage of, especially in the reporting category, but I have seen GiveButter grow and improve and believe it will continue that way. What problems is Givebutter solving and how is that benefiting you?

GiveButter is putting all of our contacts into one place and as a small school that helps me communicate with all of our different audiences in an easier way. It's work flow ability is making it so I can connect with people on their level without having to always be reinventing the wheel or remembering what I need to talk to them about next. I love that GiveButter is now thinking more about who its serving and schools being one of them. I am excited to see what other problems it will be able to solve for us in the future. "Seamless Campaign Tracking, Slight Setup Hurdles"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

I really enjoy using Givebutter, especially for setting up campaigns and being able to track everything under one platform. It's great not having to switch between different platforms to see how much money has been raised and to have it all linked through our donation button. I feel that the CRM capabilities are a bit underdeveloped. We're struggling with recurring donor integration and acknowledgement follow up via mail. "Efficient Fundraising with Easy Setup"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

I really like how Givebutter makes everything so easy. Selling tickets, tracking items, and collecting money were all straightforward, and I didn't have to deal with entering credit card details as they were loaded and processed automatically. The funds being deposited the next day was a huge plus. I also found it super useful being able to upload and duplicate events easily, like not having to reenter all the information for a recurring event. This saved a lot of time and made setup fast, like for an event, it took just thirty minutes. Overall, it just felt effortless to use Givebutter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givebutter?

The online auction was still pretty tedious with a lot of buttons and was time-consuming. It would be easier if there were more automated ways like using drop-downs to avoid manual entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, User-Friendly Fundraising with Powerful Tracking and Texting"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

My organization just hosted a fundraising campaign raising awareness about our 10 Year Anniversary. Givebutter has been a reliable resource and the dashboard is user-friendly. It has been a breeze to login and the software performance is top-tier. I love how much information you can enter to track communications and demographic details. We started out with the free plan but was able to raise enough funding to upgrade to the text feature. The text feature was a bonus for our fundraising campaign because we were able to reach our donors through an alternate communication pat to raise funds they may have gone untapped without it. Support has been amazing and they send our frequent emails about tips to maximize software usage and webinars on how to improve your fundraising efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Intuitive Platform That Makes Fundraising and Transactions Easy"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

Affordability, integration of existing products, easy to raise funds and complete transactions, UX, responsive customer service. Our small non-profit does not have a full-time staff member so it has been helpful to spend less while raising more. It is a more intuitive platform than our previous CRM. What do you dislike about Givebutter?

As a CRM replacement, it has been difficult to input our membership levels and separate mailing lists based on interests. Additionally, for recurring events it has been difficult to not have the option to time tickets for specific days. Givebutter is solving our newsletter communications, fundraising, and general registration for programming problems that we have been trying to solve for a few years. Previously everything was manual then we switched to Bloomerang which became increasingly expensive and limited in features that were the reason we originally signed up. "Streamlined, Unlimited Campaigns—Reporting Shines, Salesforce Integration Could Be Better"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

It's streamlined and simple for the end-user. We can have unlimited campaigns. Standard reporting that comes with our basic edition offers all of the fields we need for market research and IRS compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givebutter?

It doesn't offer the ability to integrate natively with Salesforce; but does integrate using Zapier. The transaction fees are competitive. The MFA is slightly annoying, and we had to have customer support help us with a work-around. For a free software, I would recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
