We researched several giving platforms when we realized how high the fees are from the platform we'd been using. Givebutter has excellent options and the best user experience. We have seen increased giving and increased recurring giving. At one point, we made a mistake in the way we were transferring our funds. Givebutter worked with us to correct the mistake. Additionally, Givebutter allowed our auction items to be put on the site ahead of time and hidden until our event began, which worked out great. So we had to skip through it, and it was painful to handle, especially multiple times if someone's trying to donate for admissions to a donation event. We had a gala last week and the silent auction was a disaster, despite beta testing on our end. The guests who didn't feel comfortable with the QR code used our "silent auction concierge" who bid for them manually, but the ones who felt confident using the tech themselves encountered two factor authentication and required sign-ins throughout the night.
