I tried using GitAtomic for day-to-day work. To give you perspective, I use git every day, it's my bread and butter, and I thought to explore another client tool for Git. The first thing I liked about it was it had some customizations like drag and dropped support, unique staging capabilities, and grand themes. Well, even though I had installed it and tried it for some days, soon I understood I couldn't use it anymore cause it's 30 days trial period was getting over. I didn't intend on spending a single penny on that because there is plenty of tool out there that are offering the same features for a much lesser price or completely free. Easy and user-friendly, It analyzes metadata related to committing, authors and blame. Reverting the changes are easier than in Github Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Excellent and intuitive user interface, but also a tad bit outdated compared to modern standards.

The best thing about this tool is that it gives your current work context. The commits and tree status are upfront visible at all times. The search feature is well designed, allowing you to search based on your commit messages. The tool seems to be very light weight occupying less memory footprint on your system. The biggest drawback about this tool is that it is not a platform agnostic tool. I see that it has been designed using MFC framework and works only on the windows platform. Whereas my team works on a combination of Windows and MacOS and hence is not a suitable option to adopt at the organisation level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's most helpful part is it's fully integrated and it can be used to verify minute details of your code.And easily integrated with visual studio code.It GUI is much better than other VCS client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to dislike about the product as its build to fullfill other client cons,it could have been improved if a free version was available for learning purpose.Trail version is not that much usefull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its performance is very fast as compared to the git tool provided in IntelliJ. My computer was not working as expected on IntelliJ, and I found this is the only Windows compatible app that can help control versions. It's speedy. I liked that it was Git. It's yet another Git product for me to use. I appreciate that they baked in a CLI into it, but I already have git command and Git GUI on my Windows machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I disliked that it exists. As I said, there are SO MANY Git programs to choose from that I am incredibly confused about which ones to use other than the standard Git and Git command line that I already use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
