**What do you like best about GIT-ZEN?**

It makes it easy to link a Zendesk ticket to a GitHub issue. You can also create a GitHub issue from a ticket in Zendesk without having to leave Zendesk.

**What do you dislike about GIT-ZEN?**

I have not found anything that I dislike about it.

**What problems is GIT-ZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use GitHub issues for customer onboarding, bug reports, feature requests, etc. GIT-ZEN lets us seamlessly connect the customer's Zendesk ticket with the issue in GitHub.

We have been using gitzen with heroku and it seems to do the job right for our requiremet

**What do you dislike about GIT-ZEN?**

there are a lot of corner case features which are missing and they can do a good job in future release

we have created a lot of localized apps using heroku

Mapping the Zendesk tickets to the respective source code makes the bug fixer life easier.

**What do you dislike about GIT-ZEN?**

Git-zen needs to evolve and supports GitLab, bitbucket, other source version controls

**What problems is GIT-ZEN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the frustration  between support teams and developer teams, bridge the gap between managers, stakeholders, support teams, and maintenance teams
