For someone who don't know what GigaFox is, I would like to tell you. GigaFox is a mobile device cloud platform that allows users to remotely access and test mobile apps on a variety of devices. Means you can easily test any app on any device which I think was the major issue as sometimes some team members are not physically present so it becomes difficult for them to personally test the app which team is working on. But using GigaFox everyone can access the app and test the app and can work efficiently. It also provides a lot of features and tools which helps developers and testers ensure the quality and compatibility of their mobile apps across different devices and operating systems. Well the usecase of GigaFox is wonderful but sometimes it's not that accurate. I personally faced this issue. Sometimes we encounter a bug which was because of GigaFox, not in the actual app. But it was just a minor issue and we only faced this issue 3-4 times. The platform is very powerful and helpful.
