I wasn't a long standing customer, just someone who needed a solution to a relatively small problem. Giftsenda was able to meet my expectations and provided great customer service and support to make sure the project went off without a problem. My Giftsenda concierge was great to work with throughout the process. I needed a single place to manage gift selection and sending to our international client list. This service did it! Great selection of gifts that are shipped internationally from local shops and vendors. Your client gets to pick from a list of gifts within your budget, and Giftsenda does the rest.
