GiftLogic has easy to use interface, which makes it accessible and varying levels of technical expertise. I like the inventory management feature which is accurate and allow users to track stock levels in real time. Also, The customer management tools also enable personalized customer engagement and enhance the shopping experience. I use this 2 times in a week and the customer support is also amazing. Have to go through so many different options to just receive payments, make sales orders, they have an office side, and an actual ( POS)!Side

6 years Later,So frustrating to teach new employees, quick access bar ( can't customize it);the fact that it not cloud based, can't drag the mouse, customize ( slash organize the quick access bar to suit to the business needs( It's so frustrating using this POS,For the most part, only time you really get any attention ( Team Viewer) is when it's time for the obvious)$$$$$$$

Thousands of dollars spent, so frustrating to use( do not waste your money on this POSale, it's better than nothing, but, it's definitely not a ( Gift To Be Logical About)

B.....is not helpful/ owner or upper management ( presumably) just so frustrating, bottom Line, apparently they have had 40 people developing their ( POS)

Too many options ( their bugs)

It's very easy to do things on it! I mean, the UI was greatly developed, thus even without previous knowledge one can use it without difficult! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple and straight forward it is to use. I like how there aren't any updates during the day. I love the customer service! They have solved every problem I had. This has been my favorite POS software I've used and I have used quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features don't exist. You can't look up gift cards. You can't do a return and purchase in the same transaction. The customer records is a pain. It doesn't let you see what needs to be restocked until the end of the day z out. I wish a User could see the z outs from days before. Instead of having to be an admin.
