The overall experience was above par, but overall it was satisfactory. Things like friendly dashboard interface, lite speed and the most important customer support I had ever experienced in my life. Our team was searching for similar software for our clients but we were surprised to discover that some providers are charging $35,000 per year for a product similar to what AI Monitor provided us. Been using AI Monitor for a few weeks now and damn, it just works. No more bouncing between 10 tabs or digging through logs to figure out what went wrong.
