The component is flexible and very fast. I didn't have much to go on except our business name and our product key. I sent them an email asking for some help and general direction. I spoke with Mario, and he went above and beyond in my opinion. I am a novice programmer and was able to re-write a Visual Basic app replacing Word.Interop with the Gembox.Document in a few sleepless nights. Gembox is by far much faster than word interop! I would highly recommend checking out Gembox for your document creation needs! **What do you dislike about GemBox .Net Components?** I dont have any dislikes at this moment. I will follow up if I run into anything. **What problems is GemBox .Net Components solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gembox.document is helping me fill antiquated doc files with sql database fields and then converting them to tiff images. The API is simple to understand; the documentation is excellent, and easy to find what you need. I implemented everything I needed, including Enabling LTV , in just a few days. It took much longer working with PdfTron technical support to make their API work and properly digitally sign a document. The GemBox technical support is very knowledgeable and responsive. It was an outstanding experience. We choose GemBox! **What do you dislike about GemBox .Net Components?** honestly, I did not find anything I disliked. **What problems is GemBox .Net Components solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Product - Vinesing - is an eSignature MVC App. When customers send documents for signing, and the recipient signs them, we need a way to digitally sign and lock documents to prevent future changes. We now have this functionality by using GemBox to digitally sign PDF documents and Azure KeyVault to communicate to the HSM device. ### 4.
