This logiciel is user friendly. The Gem-Car support is open 7 days/24 hours. The technicians are competants. I like that product codes are automatically created in the system. I also like the scanner to introduce products automatically on work orders. I like inspection sheets with diagrams. They allow me to properly explain the issues to customers. I also like the many information on the vehicle that I can register such as options, nitrogen inflation, different tire sizes, date of manufacture and commissioning, etc ... **What do you dislike about GEM-CAR?** I wish I could send photos or videos via SMS. Also, I would like to be able to link more than one code to another code to better automate and increase the speed of use. I would like the price to be displayed on work orders to avoid printing a duplicate of paper when I have my clients sign for authorization of the work. I would like to be able to change the type of work order and inspection sheet type more quickly. I find the way long. **Recommendations to others considering GEM-CAR:** Until now, I would not hesitate a second to use to refer Gem-car to other people. **What problems is GEM-CAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I calculated the efficiency of my technicians manually. I save a lot of time with the electronic punch. ### 2. It is really made to increase efficacity of our business. There is a lot to learn, but each little thing is important. Gem-University is also a great idea to learn those things. **What do you dislike about GEM-CAR?** There is nothing that we dislike, but the only thing they could improve is one part of customer service. When we call because we have a question, I would rather wait on the line instead of leaving a message. But when we leave a message, they return the call really quickly. **What problems is GEM-CAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Gem-Car for only a month, so we are still getting use to it but we changed system because we knew it offers a lot more than the other software. We love the statistics we can do with all of the reports, it's really useful to increase our sales. ### 3. This software has a dynamic team which is always there to help you out. GEM-CAR is loaded with so many features to help your business to grow more and more and thus increase your productivity. This tool can also be used to make invoices and send them to the customers. **What do you dislike about GEM-CAR?** The User-Interface of this tool is a little outdated so it should be updated. Also there is no training available for this tool so it can be a completely new thing for someone who use it for first time and hence they might find it difficult to use this software. Also the pricing of this tool is too high. **Recommendations to others considering GEM-CAR:** GEM-CAR is a good tool for making quick appointments in no time and managing the whole Automotive industry, so it is highly recommended by me. **What problems is GEM-CAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've used GEM-CAR in my industry for managing my overall data of the vehicles and the customer's data too. Also I've used this tool for making and arranging any appointments. But as this product was too costly, I had to switch to another software. But it is also a good tool. ### 4.
