This software allows me to make an electronic turn in my business through inspections on the tablet, SMS, archiving photos and electronic signature. This logiciel is user friendly. The Gem-Car support is open 7 days/24 hours. The technicians are competants. I like that product codes are automatically created in the system. I also like the scanner to introduce products automatically on work orders. I like inspection sheets with diagrams. They allow me to properly explain the issues to customers. I also like the many information on the vehicle that I can register such as options, nitrogen inflation, different tire sizes, date of manufacture and commissioning, etc ... I wish I could send photos or videos via SMS. Also, I would like to be able to link more than one code to another code to better automate and increase the speed of use. I would like the price to be displayed on work orders to avoid printing a duplicate of paper when I have my clients sign for authorization of the work. We really enjoy the software Gem-Car. It is really made to increase efficacity of our business. There is a lot to learn, but each little thing is important. Gem-University is also a great idea to learn those things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing that we dislike, but the only thing they could improve is one part of customer service. When we call because we have a question, I would rather wait on the line instead of leaving a message. But when we leave a message, they return the call really quickly. This software is loaded with so many of tools to work with full efficiency in an automotive industry. This software has a dynamic team which is always there to help you out. GEM-CAR is loaded with so many features to help your business to grow more and more and thus increase your productivity. This tool can also be used to make invoices and send them to the customers. The User-Interface of this tool is a little outdated so it should be updated. Also there is no training available for this tool so it can be a completely new thing for someone who use it for first time and hence they might find it difficult to use this software.
