What do you like best about Geeks360?

I run a medical company in Chicago. What I like most is simple. The SEO works. Six months in, we rank for over 100 keywords that matter to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Geeks360?

Here is the funny part. My one dislike is actually something I respect now. They told me upfront not to expect results in the first three to six months. At first that was hard to hear. I wanted wins right away. But they were honest with me instead of selling a dream. Most agencies promise the moon in week one. Geeks360 did not. They set the expectation, and then they beat it. What problems is Geeks360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a real problem. We are in medical, and that means rules stacked on rules. HIPAA. LegitScript. Integrations everywhere. We needed a brand new website that could handle all of it and still get found online. Geeks360 built that site from the ground up. Then they went to work on the SEO. The first couple of months were quiet, exactly like they warned me. Around month three, things turned. Real leads started coming in. Not clicks. Not empty traffic. Actual leads we could close. Six months in, we rank for more than 100 keywords in a tough, competitive, regulated space. These are the terms that bring us real business. What problems is Geeks360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

From the first interaction with Darya and the Geeks360 team, it was clear that we're dealing with professionals, who are up to date on current trends, that other firms we've reached out to, were very much behind on.

We wanted high production value for our ADS, and while others quoted us video production quotes in the 100K+ range for a few ads, Geeks360 leveraged the current advances in Generative AI, to create ultra realistic ads, with hooks that actually drive vies and clicks for us, saving us up to 90% in costs.

We are very grateful to their expertiese because working with these tools directly is such a head-ache, the AIs are unpredictable, knowing exactly how to prompt them for realistic results is hard, and is only half the battle! Having a real gut feel for the psychology of the viewers, is something Geeks360 excels at.
