Gecko allows you to frame questions to which interviewees have to give video responses. These responses will be recorded for granular review and analyses later. It also follows-up with prospects when it comes to interview dates and time. After the interview is over, it can liaise with shortlisted candidates to ensure that the joining formalities, documentation, etc. are carried out without a glitch. Gecko can read between the lines. While the candidate is busy articulating responses to the questions, it will look for tell-tale signs that exude confidence, passion and curiosity. It will also be on the lookout for negative traits such as arrogance or concealment. After interviewing the complete list of candidates, the AI bot can rank each of them in hierarchy within a single table based on your pre-defined parameters. Looking to list openings within your organization for prospects to find out? Gecko can help you so that interested candidates can find out if you are in the market looking to hire talent. You won’t believe how fast you can set up interviews using Gecko. HR experts can personalize simulated sessions in a matter of minutes. Once complete, they can then release and scale quickly as per requirements. Gecko can conduct thousands of individual interviews simultaneously. This enables any recruiter to complete bulk recruitment drives within days. Last but not least, it shares complete interviews with stakeholders who have a say in the hiring decision.
