Easy work scheduling and user friendliness 24/7 customers support service providers. **What do you dislike about GBuilder?** I have not registered any flaws while using this platform. It is up to scratch. **What problems is GBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** GBuilder has enabled us to improve project predictability and efficiently work within the set budget. ### 2. The user interface is not straightforward in the stages. It fails to provide all the necessary information without overwhelming anyone. GBuilder fails to facilitate the coordination of BIM processes and software on construction sites. **What do you dislike about GBuilder?** There is room for improvement in terms of user interface and incorporating regional features. There are areas that needs to be improved. The platform lacks communication features making collaboration with stakeholders difficult. The systems ability to handle and organize customer requests is somewhat limited. **What problems is GBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Despite its visualizations, GBuilder needs to benefit from customization options to cater to project requirements. GBuilder has truly been obstructive, to our property management company. With its features, we are unable to handle aspects of property management from monitoring maintenance requests to organizing lease agreements. ### 3. It is a bit costly the software provides solutions. It would be better, about updates that further increase the user interface. **What do you dislike about GBuilder?** GBuilder falls short in terms of having a user interface and intuitive design. It can be overwhelming for beginners. It does not have all the desired features yet I anticipate improvements as the product evolves. Having interfaces and reports would be a better addition. **What problems is GBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Requires time and effort to navigate. The user interface is a bit overwhelming for beginners it is unable to manage to simplify work with instructions. **What do you dislike about GBuilder?** Theres room for improvement in terms of UI design and regional features. GBuilder needs to continue to evolve and incorporate functionalities that users desire. When it comes to dislikes, one area where GBuilder falls short is customization options, which is limiting for our property management company. **What problems is GBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Navigating through the platform is time consuming and the lack of customer support exacerbates any issues we encounter. The tools give multiple options to move ahead with the project development **What do you dislike about GBuilder?** I think much more details can be added in the UI as it is too simple in the first phase. The users can easily grasp what is required for the work. **What problems is GBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to move ahead with the project as the steps are very clear about what aspect of the design we are working on the flooring, walls, interiors etc. that helps understand the specifications one by one. ### 6. Not only am I able to easily help folks configure specs based on their needs, but the scalability is seriously impressive. The cost is actually quite reasonable, too. More than any of those things, it is supremely easy to use. **What do you dislike about GBuilder?** The software isn't necessarily as feature-rich as I'd like, but this will likely come with time as the product matures. I'd also like more versions of updates--having to take things incrementally is difficult, though that might be unique to our company. **What problems is GBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to manage our projects and easily view change requests is great. The dynamic 3D & VR visualisations were previously something we weren't able to do, and now we can. At a very high level, we have a much clearer vision of our macro operation. ### 12. Custom Project?
