"Galvix: Simplifies Tax Management and Delivers Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about Galvix?

I love the team at Galvix. The co-founder Piyush is fantastic, and I've worked closely with Monica and now Ritu, who are wonderful. Galvix is fantastic because of the simplicity of their platform. Any time I've had questions, concerns, or issues, the support team has always helped clear it up. I love how transparent Galvix is about their pricing. I really appreciate them putting my company's data into a presentation to recap 2025 and meeting with me to go over it. I'm happy we're getting the new additional service where they will register for sales and use tax in a new state on our behalf. I highly recommend Galvix over any other sales tax management platform. What do you dislike about Galvix?

The main way Galvix could improve is by continuing to tailor their service offerings. It would also be helpful if they could work with Shopify on tax categories to avoid any tax differences, since under or overcollection is currently due to the limited tax category options on Shopify. "Low-Maintenance, High-Trust Tax Solution for Founders"

What do you like best about Galvix?

The Galvix team is extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They've identified issues with my registrations in different states and on a few occasions, even pointed out when I had left money on the table with certain states Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Galvix?

I don't have any thing I dislike about Galvix and their services so far. I've used them for almost 2 years and have not had any issues. Each time I do have a concern, they're quick to get on a call with me and work through it together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Galvix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Galvix, I was hesitant about most tax solutions because they felt impersonal and overly complex. I was worried about costs getting out of control without having someone I could actually interface with to guide decisions. A lot of platforms felt like a “set it and hope for the best” situation, which didn’t give me much confidence.

I actually found Galvix through a Reddit comment and was initially very skeptical. I gave Piyush, the founder, a hard time at first because I was uncomfortable sharing sensitive information needed for them to fully take over filings, like payment details for state portals. They were incredibly understanding of my caution, even though it created more work on their end since I handled payments myself for a while.

Over time, they consistently proved to be diligent, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. After more than a year working with them, I now fully trust the team and have transitioned to letting them manage everything end-to-end.

Onboarding was very smooth. Their portal is simple, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made the setup process straightforward compared to other providers.

The biggest difference is how much mental space this has freed up for me. Before Galvix, I spent countless hours trying to understand Shopify exports, registering in new states, and managing filings. It was a constant headache. Now, I honestly don’t think about sales tax much at all, which is a huge shift as a founder.

They’ve also been incredibly proactive when it comes to issues. They’ve helped resolve errors, handled state notices, and even appealed penalties and late fees on my behalf without me needing to step in. That level of support has been invaluable.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Galvix, especially for founders who want a low-maintenance, reliable solution. It’s been one of the most seamless and supportive vendor relationships I’ve had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Usable Platform and Responsive Support—Sales Tax Stress, Solved"

What do you like best about Galvix?

Galvix has a super easy-to-use platform that makes it really clear where we’ve reached nexus and where we’re currently filing. They’re also super responsive whenever I have questions. A tech company that’s genuinely usable, with a great human component, feels rare these days! I used to be stressed about our sales taxes but I genuinely feel like we are in good hands now. What do you dislike about Galvix?

The sync between Galvix tax rates and Shopify tax rates isn’t always perfect, so there can be discrepancies between the amounts collected and the amounts filed. However, they’re very communicative about the issue and have already made performance improvements this year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Galvix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Galvix handled all of my state tax registrations in every state where we had nexus, and they’re actively tracking the states where we may reach nexus soon so we can register in a timely manner. "Flawless Sales Tax Compliance, Seamless Integration"

What do you like best about Galvix?

I love how Galvix has tremendously simplified our sales tax compliance with their ability to handle registrations, nexus tracking, and returns from start to finish in a timely manner without any oversight required. The user interface is simple and clean, which adds to the ease of use. I find customer service to be proactive and responsive. The price is good too, and I'd recommend the service to anyone. "Exceptionally User-Friendly with Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about Galvix?

Galvix is extremely user-friendly and their customer service is very responsive in a timely manner. The implementation process was extremely easy - we only had to supply our data to Galvix and they handled everything. Everyone I have worked with is friendly and knowledgeable. What problems is Galvix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a very small staff and did not have the hours available to track sales tax across all 50 states, register for sales tax accounts and routinely file reports. Nor were we familiar with the tax rules for all the states - Galvix handles all of that for us.
