What do you like best about Galvix?

Galvix is extremely user-friendly and their customer service is very responsive in a timely manner. The implementation process was extremely easy - we only had to supply our data to Galvix and they handled everything. Everyone I have worked with is friendly and knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Galvix?

What problems is Galvix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a very small staff and did not have the hours available to track sales tax across all 50 states, register for sales tax accounts and routinely file reports. Nor were we familiar with the tax rules for all the states - Galvix handles all of that for us.
