What do you like best about Galvix?

I love the team at Galvix. The co-founder Piyush is fantastic, and I've worked closely with Monica and now Ritu, who are wonderful. Galvix is fantastic because of the simplicity of their platform. Any time I've had questions, concerns, or issues, the support team has always helped clear it up. I love how transparent Galvix is about their pricing. I really appreciate them putting my company's data into a presentation to recap 2025 and meeting with me to go over it. I'm happy we're getting the new additional service where they will register for sales and use tax in a new state on our behalf. I highly recommend Galvix over any other sales tax management platform. What do you dislike about Galvix?

The main way Galvix could improve is by continuing to tailor their service offerings. It would also be helpful if they could work with Shopify on tax categories to avoid any tax differences, since under or overcollection is currently due to the limited tax category options on Shopify.
