**What do you like best about GADD Software?**

Most helpful is the variety of reports I’m able to run using GADD/MHS. Reports usually run quickly. 

**What do you dislike about GADD Software?**

Unfortunately I’ve had several instances where errors will pop up and help desk has to intervene. 

**What problems is GADD Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GADD daily and would not be able to get the data I need for my daily work without it.
