Our commission-based fee structure means you only pay a small percentage on each transaction, ensuring you get the most out of every donation to support your cause There is no contract, annual or monthly fees. A 4% transaction fee and Stripe or PayPal fees are the only fees you’ll have. As the majority of donors cover the cost of the transaction fees, this will add up to more donation revenue to support your cause than ever before. On average, organizations using Fundraise Up pay an effective fee of less than 0.5% of each donation because 87% of donors cover all transaction costs (platform and processing).

What do you like best about Fundraise Up?

Not only is the tool incredibly helpful (hitting everything we asked for: dynamic ask amounts, easy configuration, easy insights/analytics, great user experience, etc.) but the customer service is fantastic!

Any user errors, confusion, or questions have been answered promptly (almost immediately in most cases) and clearly. They're happy to connect with other team members, offer additional training, troubleshoot, and even look for custom solutions. What do you dislike about Fundraise Up?

The only real downside to Fundraise Up is the fee. Luckily, we were able to do a full cost analysis and determined that because of the higher conversion rates (among other things) it was still cheaper than our current product in the long-run.

They're also pretty good when it comes to suggesting ways to bring the fee down with the payment processor, and putting together helpful cost analysis info! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fundraise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest problem was the conversion rates on our donation pages. After investigation (and various donor complaints) we were able to determine that the forms UX was a big limitation for our donors. The ease of use for our donors on the front end is the biggest benefit from FRU for us, and resulted in massive improvements in # of donors, dollars raised, and monthly conversions when tested directly (A/B) against our previous form. We're hoping to see this trend continue as we expand it across our website and other campaigns. We also have not received a donor complaint yet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fundraise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a Salesforce developer and recently integrated our Salesforce org with the Fundraise Up app. Although I had little prior knowledge of this app, I encountered some challenges during the integration process. When I reached out to the support team multiple times, they responded immediately and provided solutions, helping me resolve the issues efficiently.
