What do you like best?

Easy to use, reports are easy to run and manageable, love the ability to export to Excel or csv Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some reports only available in pdf format -- can't easily convert to a spreadsheet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We started with Function Point 2-1/2 years ago, and previously did not have any formal project management software. Everything from cost to time had to be entered manually, and sometimes twice. Now I can enter costs into a job and integrate with QuickBooks. Invoicing is much better, especially for multiple job invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Used mostly for time keeping and job set up"

What do you like best?

I think FP is an easy way to track time and works well for the accounting team who sets up the jobs and uses it from more of a billing perspective. We know we're not using it to the degree we could be and I've sat in a few webinars that were interesting but not enough to buy in from our larger team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I know it's also a project management tool but seems complex and less intuitive than other PM tools I've used. I wish we knew how to integrate with our other systems and from what I've heard it's an expensive tool for what we are currently using it for. If there are ways to integrate with our other tools and show the value with using function point we could get other team members to use more oftern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're solving job set up, budget tracking and time tracking. Few benefits as we haven't found a way to integrate it with our other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
