The task view, comments, versions, and timelines all sit in one place, so there’s no confusion about who is doing what or which asset is the latest. It reduces back-and-forth and keeps the project moving without bottlenecks. **What do you dislike about ftrack?** What I dislike about ftrack is that some of the UI flows feel a bit dated and take a few extra clicks to get where I need to be. It works well overall, but certain areas could be more intuitive and modern. **What problems is ftrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the challenge of keeping track of what everyone is working on. Earlier, it was easy for tasks to slip through the cracks, but with ftrack the entire pipeline becomes visible. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps me plan my work better. ### 2. Where ever i click, that comment should be there, but sometimes its lags and shows the previous comment highlights so confusing to know which comment and highlight this is.... Need to refresh after sometime...need to load the page and comments at the first time **What problems is ftrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Good to handle big files and tools which you given is easy to handle so good but need to make lighter so even we can switch comments smoothly so request you to please make lighter verison ### 3. I find it to be superior in function to frameio. The interface for both editor and client is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and provides all the functions necessary to collaborate easily. I've heard nothing but good things from my clients who have used it. **What do you dislike about ftrack?** For my purposes, I haven't found anything I have disliked yet. It has served my needs well as a way to share and review videos with clients. Unlike frameio, the project screens are pleasant to view and appear more professional to me. **What problems is ftrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a much more efficient way to share videos and go through a review/edit process than uploading to Google Drive. It's also a great way to deliver videos because you set it so the client can download videos.
