FrontStream Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI
Is FrontStream free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, FrontStream does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is FrontStream pricing best suited for?

Panorama's pricing is best suited for small to mid-market nonprofits, particularly those running recurring fundraising events, online auctions, peer-to-peer campaigns, and donor management under one system. G2 reviewers from nonprofit organization management, fund-raising, and education management industries dominate the review base, with small businesses under 50 employees representing the largest reviewer segment. Mid-market nonprofits with 51 to 1,000 employees also report strong satisfaction, especially when leveraging CRM integration and multi-channel fundraising tools. G2 reviews suggest Panorama delivers the most value to organizations replacing fragmented multi-platform setups. Budget-constrained micro-nonprofits may find the cumulative fee structure challenging relative to simpler alternatives.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of FrontStream?

Panorama offers no free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Panorama, the pricing model is custom-quoted, meaning there are no publicly listed tiers to compare. Panorama's pricing is negotiated per organization, typically structured around enterprise or nonprofit needs. G2 reviewers note that costs include both a platform fee and separate external payment processing fees, which stack. There is no evidence in G2 data of a free trial or freemium entry point. Organizations evaluating Panorama should request a custom quote and factor in payment processing fees, which multiple G2 reviewers identify as a significant and sometimes surprising addition to the base platform cost.

Is FrontStream considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviews of Panorama present a mixed value picture. Small nonprofits frequently flag the combined platform fee plus external payment processing fees as burdensome, with one G2 reviewer explicitly calling the total fees "very high" for a small nonprofit. The 4% processing fee draws repeated complaints. Yet overall ratings skew positive, with many G2 reviewers praising responsive customer support, CRM-event integration, and all-in-one fundraising capabilities as strong value drivers. Reviewers who switched from GiftWorks desktop or juggled multiple platforms consistently report net efficiency gains. Value perception correlates strongly with org size: mid-market nonprofits rate Panorama more favorably than small orgs absorbing the same fee structure.

"Helpful CRM-Event Link and Great Support, but Tedious Defaults and High Fees"

What do you like best about FrontStream?

As a small non-profit, having our event management linked to our CRM is really helpful at eliminating some of the administrative work we had previously using two separate platforms for these functions. It has some really nice ways to denote event participants in our constituent manager but doesn't allow these features to be used for transactions that we put in manually because they happen off of the panorama platform (via check or donor advised fund for example). I do appreciate the ease of contacting our support agent and always being able to hop on a zoom call to discuss features or issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrontStream?

There are quite a few annoying defaults in navigation and data entry that make certain tasks tedious, especially when dealing with a large number of auction items or guests. I've always been able to put in suggestions but some things that I've had to suggest are pretty common sense that they should already be programmed into the system. Like being able to set your paddle raise thermometer to zero if you don't want to include previous event donations in your paddle raise totals. We were also surprised by the very high fees when you add in both the platform fee and then the external payment processing fees. It's a lot when you're a small non-profit.
