**What do you like best about Frontline HRMS & Recruiting?**

This tool is simple for employees and management to use to manage teacher and staff absences.  Simple calendar feature allows employees to see dates when school is not in session.  When requesting off a teacher can leave a message for the substitute as well as a different message for the immediate supervisor.  The drop down menus make it easy to create a list of absence reasons.  Software also allows teachers to rank their top substitutes so they receive notifications first.

**What do you dislike about Frontline HRMS & Recruiting?**

There is not much to dislike about the software.  It is easy to use and makes managing staff absences much easier.  The one item that I dislike is the fact that I am reminded to constantly evaluate the substitutes, even though it might have been the same substitute that was in 6 days for the teacher.

**What problems is Frontline HRMS & Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tedious tracking of sick, personal, and vacation time has been made much easier with this software.  It has also made recruiting substitute teachers easier because they are able to sign-up in the software and accept the jobs that they wish to fulfill

**What do you like best about Frontline HRMS & Recruiting?**

Central office administration likes it, so I suppose it functions well enough to give the administration the information they need. I also cannot remember it ever being down whenever I needed to use it.

**What do you dislike about Frontline HRMS & Recruiting?**

It is not very user-friendly, and my peers are constantly asking one another how to get it to perform as they need it. For example, trying to enter a future absence and request a sub, but the page they need is not where it should be.

**What problems is Frontline HRMS & Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and entering absences for teachers, as well as communicating needs (substitute or not), the reason for absences, and notes to the substitute teacher and administration. Hourly employees use it to clock in and out.

This website encompasses many different aspects in one place for easy access to teachers and staff. The website is easy to navigate and is the only website of this kind I have seen.

**What do you dislike about Frontline HRMS & Recruiting?**

The website can get a bit confusing because of all of the options on one site. Everything works properly with no issues, it just takes some time to learn the site.

**What problems is Frontline HRMS & Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can access any information about my sick days, payroll, or personal days all in one place. It helps keep my important work information organized and easy to get to.
