They have a trademark methodology ADePT which their consultants use to design solutions and implement them. The process worked well during our Salesforce implementation as well. They also provided a dedicated Service Manager who was solely available for us throughout the project. The 24/7 customer service is an added advantage. **What do you dislike about Frontera Consulting?** During the Salesforce implementation, I had a great experience and nothing to dislike about their service. Also, I have just utilized Frontera's service offering on Salesforce and couldn't comment on their other offering areas. **Recommendations to others considering Frontera Consulting:** Frontera is undoubtedly only of the leading service provider for Salesforce consulting and can be considered for any Salesforce implementation **What problems is Frontera Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Frontera Consulting helped to design a workflow for our Supply chain and customer service operations and integrate it with our ERP. The consultants are techno-functional experts who understand our business well and have a good understanding of Salesforce. Their design methodology was unique and suited our business requirements by accommodating exceptions wherever mandated. The consultants also advised adopting a workaround where we can do away with exceptions and proceed with standardized work methods. They truly lived upto their status of being featured as one of the top salesforce consultants. ### 3.
