
Frontegg strikes the right balance between enterprise-grade security and a modern self-service user experience. One of the most valuable aspects of the platform is their team’s willingness to work with us on customization. Our customers are used to a highly tailored login flow, and Frontegg made sure we could meet those expectations—collaborating with us directly when customizations or new feature requests were needed. While Frontegg’s platform is robust, integrating it into a legacy auth flow required more effort than expected. Some of our infrastructure used older technologies, which meant we had to invest additional time in adapting Frontegg’s SDKs and endpoints to fit our environment. Additionally, while Frontegg is open to new feature requests, turnaround time for those enhancements can take time, though this isn't unexpected when new features need to be developed.
