FrigginYeah Reviews & Product Details

I really enjoyed the proactive responses I received from their team. I wasn't working with an AI bot for customer service but a real person who was knowledgeable and responsive and could help when we had issues. This and also the service worked. We were able to solve our MAP situation quickly with this solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The hardest part was setting it up. It wasn't terribly difficult just a little time consuming. Once we got it set up and knew how to use it, things worked great. I also didn't care for the name of the company. It was hard to say and didn't feel very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Friggin Yeah! has an extremely simple and functional user interface for managing MAP tracking and competitive pricing, and we also use it to provide visibility for unauthorized sellers. This is actually our priority with how we use Friggin Yeah! because it allows us to prevent counterfeit product from being sold on online marketplaces. Reporting is easy to download and their review tracking features are great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All we can say here is that any time we've had an issue, it's been resolved immediately. They have excellent customer service, and they also genuinely appreciate customer feedback for their product development roadmap. It is wonderful to work with a company like this. Drilling down into Google Shopping can require extra work. Not necessarily because of FrigginYeah, but it would be useful if the software had a way to simplify the confusion of certain platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Engage with all the challenging business issues straight away through FrigginYeah. It is not just for the Minimum Advertised Price monitoring but also to get a trail of illegitimate sellers and product listing quality checks or missing SKU through built-in alerts. FrigginYeah claims to be for all kinds of businesses, small, medium or large enterprises. I'm not too fond of their cost. I don't think many small businesses will approach them with a starting price of $599. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
