I wasn't working with and AI bot for customer service but a real person who was knowledgable and responsive and could help when we had issues. This and also the service worked. We were able to solve our MAP situation quickly with this solution. **What do you dislike about FrigginYeah?** The hardest part was setting it up. It wasn't terribly difficult just a little time consuming. Once we got it set up and knew how to use it, things worked great. I also didn't care for the name of the company. It was hard to say and didn't feel very professional. **What problems is FrigginYeah solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had arbitrage issues and keeping track of MAP violators and this software fixed this. ### 2. This is actually our priority with how we use Friggin Yeah! because it allows us to prevent counterfeit product from being sold on online marketplaces. Reporting is easy to download and their review tracking features are great as well. **What do you dislike about FrigginYeah?** All we can say here is that any time we've had an issue, it's been resolved immediately. They have excellent customer service, and they also genuinely appreciate customer feedback for their product development roadmap. It is wonderful to work with a company like this. **What problems is FrigginYeah solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Friggin Yeah! to manage MAP price and unauthorized sellers. MAP tracking is extremely important for protecting our brand from price undercutting (which significantly impacts our wholesale re-sale customers as well). Unauthorized seller tracking is valuable for counterfeit defense, to ensure poor quality and possibly even dangerous products don't enter the market and damage our reputation. ### 3. Not necessarily because of FrigginYeah, but it would be useful if the software had a way to simplify the confusion of certain platforms. **What problems is FrigginYeah solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have hundreds of SKUs and almost an equal number of sales channels. A solution that helps maintain the value of our products in a dynamic market is very useful. ### 4. It is not just for the Minimum Advertised Price monitoring but also to get a trail of illegitimate sellers and product listing quality checks or missing SKU through built-in alerts. **What do you dislike about FrigginYeah?** FrigginYeah claims to be for all kinds of businesses, small, medium or large enterprises. I'm not too fond of their cost. I don't think many small businesses will approach them with a starting price of $599. **What problems is FrigginYeah solving and how is that benefiting you?** FrigginYeah extended their services for customizations for my business with no SKU limit, including custom reports, new websites, and the basic facilities they provide.
