I really enjoyed the pro active responses I recieved from their team. I wasn't working with and AI bot for customer service but a real person who was knowledgable and responsive and could help when we had issues. This and also the service worked. The hardest part was setting it up. It wasn't terribly difficult just a little time consuming. Once we got it set up and knew how to use it, things worked great. Friggin Yeah! has an extremely simple and functional user interface for managing MAP tracking and competitive pricing, and we also use it to provide visibility for unauthorized sellers. This is actually our priority with how we use Friggin Yeah! because it allows us to prevent counterfeit product from being sold on online marketplaces. All we can say here is that any time we've had an issue, it's been resolved immediately.
