They all have free service plans and free trials of their highest level plans. Freshping in particular has a lot of amazing integrations (like all freshworks products) that alert you through any of these methods. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** Their account managers can be a little pushy but they are still very helpful. Just be careful with which settings you enable for notifications because once you turn them on your mailbox and phone and various apps will start blowing up with alerts! **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Freshping helps monitor not just our websites but also specific services run on our servers such as FTP, DNS, Email, database and other services. We have created multiple microservices to handle our entire system now, these microservices need to be monitored for smooth operation. We were looking for a solution that will solve our problem and we are using freshping for that. And allows us to quickly identify and resolve any incidents before it has a big impact on end users. With it's easy integrations into our existing software it also allows us to receive real time notifications in our slack channels. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** The only downside is that the slack notifications can be delayed by a few minutes, while the fresh ping dashboard already shows an endpoint as down, it can take several minutes before it informs us in Slack.
