A bit more flexibility in adjusting the dashboard layout or task views to match different team preferences would be a nice touch. Still, it’s a small thing compared to how much the tool has helped us overall. Also, the onboarding took us quite a bit of time—not because of the tool itself, but rather due to the internal process of getting the whole team aligned and used to a new system.
