"Easy coordination of remote work"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Because most of our team works remotely, it used to be difficult to keep track of tasks. After a year with Freelo, our work is much more efficient. We have all tasks in one place, so it's clear what is already done and what is still pending. We don't have to constantly ask and check. We appreciate the intuitive environment in Czech, the calendar, and labels that make it easier for us to navigate. Thanks to this, we focus on results, not on guesswork. What do you dislike about Freelo?

I can't think of anything that I particularly dislike. I would welcome the sharing of tasks across projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great help with task management"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

We have started Freelo in our team some 4 months ago and decided to use it organization-wide since it is very easy and intuitive to use and helps with our task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

Not much, only I am trying to figure out the best way (filter or tags) to see not only the tasks which I lead, but the tasks I am assigned to watch but specifically don't lead them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Useful Mindmaps with Effective Task Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

I like mindmaps for my work. It is very usefull. I like the effective task management. The ability to divide projects into smaller tasks, set priorities and deadlines. You can comment directly on tasks, which eliminates unnecessarily long email communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

Nohting. It is very useful. I have to learn to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freelo helped to our non profit organization"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

I work in a non-profit organization that operates entirely online, we basically don't see our colleagues and so we only deal with everything online or by phone. We didn't use any management tool, and we also don't have any fixed working hours, many of us are volunteers or have other main jobs, communication between us was by email (often copied to everyone) or whatsapp between 6AM and 11PM. This was horrible chaos, specially for me, I have adhd, and if a message came in at a different time than I work, it was often forgotten. With Freelo I have everything in one place, accessible, not disturbed by unnecessary notifications (everything can be set individually). The biggest surprise for me is how the whole team started using freelo pretty much immediately and seamlessly, as I was a bit worried about how it would go for those less tech-savvy.

We now use Freelo on a daily basis, I personally like the app on my phone and setting notifications only there, no email notifications, the ability to set progress within a task, I liked the labels a lot. Since more people are assigning tasks to me as a webmaster, and at the same time I need different input from different people, I love how everyone here can see what's being worked on and what needs to get done without having to ask any more questions. Czech localization is also important for us , because some of the team don't speak English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

We've been using Freelo in the organization for a short time, only three months, and so far it has made my life so much easier that I haven't found anything to speak negatively about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freelo has significantly streamlined our team’s work"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

It took us a while to take the leap and start using Freelo, mainly because we were worried about how it would work in our nonprofit organization—where not everyone is a fan of digital tools—and whether the team would actually use it. But in the end, the transition was surprisingly smooth. The onboarding option and regular consultations were incredibly helpful—we still make use of them. Overall, Freelo has made project management, task assignment, and deadline tracking much easier. Thanks to it, people in the team have started actually sticking to deadlines. We love that everything is in one place—we can see the history, track progress, and keep a clear overview.

The mobile app works really well too—we’ve downloaded it on our phones and I really appreciate the wide range of notification settings. I also like the integrations with other tools; personally, I use the connection with Google Calendar. One of the best things is the support in Czech and the fast responses via chat, along with the possibility of ongoing consultations—which we especially relied on in the beginning. And I have to say, Freelo’s how-to guides are excellent. They helped us get up to speed very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

So far, we haven’t encountered any major issues or anything we really dislike. We’ve been using Freelo for about three months and it’s already helped us a lot, though we’re still learning to use all its features. We keep discovering handy tools like label filtering, replying to comments via email, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy operation and management from multiple devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Easy to use, manage from multiple devices

Transparency.

Developers and support interest.

If employees use it, it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

On Android devices, the back arrow does not function as a step back but instead closes the application. Photos are uploaded in full resolution and take up a lot of space; there should be an option to automatically reduce them. Gantt chart is only available in the highest tariff. "Freelo - Journey to a Dream"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Freelo helped us streamline processes, we know what tasks we are working on, what is done, and what lies ahead. We easily pass tasks among ourselves, which has accelerated overall communication and handling of matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After a year of use, we have only positive experiences; the only drawback is the human factor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freelo"

What do you like best about Freelo?

I appreciate the intuitive interface that is easy to use for the whole team. I also like how tasks can be clearly assigned with deadlines, and the built-in communication directly under each task makes collaboration much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get used to all the features, and a more advanced onboarding or tutorial would be helpful for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing collaboration tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Freelo is a very intuitive and well-designed tool that works perfectly for both small projects and complex company workflows. One of its biggest advantages is the flexibility in how tasks can be displayed – whether in Kanban view, a classic list, or even a mind map. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

The only drawback is that the pricing may feel a little steep for very small teams or freelancers, especially if they don’t fully take advantage of all the advanced features. Some of the more complex tools might feel overwhelming at first, but with a bit of practice, they become extremely useful and powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
