Soon enough everyone understood though. Although some online workshops were needed. Only now I've discovered, Freelo is also an app, which I didn't know before but would highly appreciate. Everytime there is a task to be done, I simply create a task in Freelo and come back to it whenever I have time. Also, there is a possibility to add subtasks to the tasks so it makes it easier to finish them. What more, it is possible to assign the tasks to colleagues when needed or set them as followers, or communicate with them about the certain task. This all makes it easier to finish and not forget any of the tasks. Additionally, Freelo is perfect for managing bigger projects as it shows the plan visually in a chart, which I really appreciate.
