I use Freelo to track tasks and communicate with my team when organizing events. I really appreciate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping all tasks clear and well-organized. I especially value the option to create tasks separately for specific events and personal matters without losing clarity. A fantastic feature is the ability to set deadlines and reminders for upcoming tasks. I often use the option to open tasks directly from emails, which saves me time and allows me to respond quickly. The mobile interface is also very well designed, so I can use it anytime. Another great advantage is the ability to add text, images, or videos (e.g., screen recordings) to tasks, which makes work significantly easier. We use Freelo on a daily basis for our task management. I consider it a highly intuitive, user-friendly, and straightforward tool that still offers many powerful features for project and task management. I can highly recommend this project management tool to improve project and task management in any larger teams as well as for personal task management on an individual level. With Freelo, we are much more organized and systematic, thanks to the easy logic and very user-friendly setup. Since we have been using this app, our workflow is much smoother. Specifically, I do appreciate: - clear task management - the easiness of creating and managing tasks, assignment to the right people, and also discussion and comments integrated into each task - centralized communication in our diverse project teams: we hugely shifted with Freelo from using emails for our internal communication into having all the comments, messages in just one place - mobile app - I can use Freelo on my smartphone on the go and put all the tasks directly when they come up to my mind - filters - the filters are a very practical tool to see what I am supposed to finish today, this week, or I can choose whatever criteria is critical for me and see all the relevant or important tasks on the dashboard - Czech based company - as a Czech user I appreciate that Freelo is a local company with very high standard features and - customer support - the customer support is really very kind, helpful - integration - I can integrate Freelo into Gmail and my invoicing, not complicated, easy to integrate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
