I like that Freed saves a lot of time and doesn't miss things the way handwritten or typed notes can. I appreciate that it allows me to spend more face-to-face time with my patients. After a note is written, Freed lets me make adjustments or changes based on feedback, which is really helpful. I find it beneficial that I can create note templates, which is great for my pediatric practice because many of my visits are well child checks. Additionally, it does not have the AI hallucinations that I experienced with other note writers. Setting up Freed is really easy, and even right out of the box, it can write an efficient note from the first patient visit.

I love that I get to focus on taking care of the patient and Freed will write my chart notes for me! I have been able to save 10-15minutes of charting per patient which means I can provide better quality care AND leave the office at 5:00pm with all charts signed! Freed was so easy to implement and I use it every day in my primary care practice!
