As the IT professional, I was responsible for the rollout to our company. The interface makes no sense with not a shred of intuitive UI design to it. **What do you dislike about Fraxion Spend Management?** The user interface and workflow is terrible. **What problems is Fraxion Spend Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** In theory, this is supposed to be an easy way for the entire organization to manage procurement. In practice, due to terrible user interface and flow design, it hurt our company. IT had to issue pages upon pages of user guides, which the end users would tape all over their offices and cubicle simply to add requests. Approvers had to do the same thing. This is because the workflows and user interface are so bad. The finance department spent way too much of their time trying to fix things. Eventually, we had to pull back the deployment and hire a new person on the finance team to put in all the requests -- which was precisely what the salespeople told us we would not need to do. ### 8. Implemented back in late 2019 and our organization runs over 100 invoices through it for payment each week. Our implementation team was great! CViews seems willing to customize or make modifications to meet its user's needs. It has a straightforward and clean interface and explanatory charts to give precise findings of the financial matters of your business. One thing I love about Fraxion is that it is easily accessible from anywhere as it is an entirely cloud-based service, so you don't need to worry about data loss or forget any financial detail about your business. Fraxion has many more features and pros, as it organizes your approvals with ease of usage, so you don't have to send E-mails or any other thing that takes time. It also gives you reviews of your total expenses and the ability to track them while they are happening. **What do you dislike about Fraxion Spend Management?** Sometimes it gets a little bit buggy, and I think it needs a little bit of updating and improving. It is not an AWFUL experience, but it has some issues that require a fix. Also, it would be better if they added an interface for small businesses as it could be overwhelming for startups and small companies who don't really need all the features included.
