What do you like best about Fraud.net?

The implementation time was extremely fast and their customer service is very responsive. Fraud.Net allows our company to verify in real-time the background screening and conduct our due diligence on prospective suppliers. What do you dislike about Fraud.net?

It would be helpful for the Analytics tool or data to be extracted in different file layouts or raw flat files to allow exporting into other applications without an API integration. Some rules are interwoven and can block individually, thereby making it difficult for the fraud-related transactions to scale through.

What do you dislike about Fraud.net?

I wish Fraud.net could link to multiple other tools that we use daily to make it even more efficient. If we could connect to external articles thanks to keywords, our work could be made more accessible. But overall, it is a great tool, and our company can survive thanks to it! What do you like best about Fraud.net?

Clear management of transaction information. The ability to quickly write, rewrite, and review rules. Useful queuing systems. Quick and reponsive software. It takes some work but you can make this fit your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is challenging to integrate Fraud.net into our other software. We are unable to see information on Fraud.net that other all-in-one solutions provide. Feels very disconnected from our other processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
