It has a sleek interface and is very personable. By creating new rules that adapt to our business type, we become more precise, ultimately saving the company a fair amount of money. **What do you dislike about FraudNet?** I wish Fraud.net could link to multiple other tools that we use daily to make it even more efficient. If we could connect to external articles thanks to keywords, our work could be made more accessible. Daily, we use it to review purchases made by clients to make sure they follow their usual pattern and detect fraud early. We are unable to see information on Fraud.net that other all-in-one solutions provide. This allows me to sort fraudulent senders from trusted ones and I love that. **What do you dislike about FraudNet?** I felt like the risk scores were sometimes a little deceiving or misinterpreted. Sometimes I did not understand why a certain risk score was given to a certain email. I felt like that section needs more feedback to give to the users as to why something is scored a certain way. **Recommendations to others considering FraudNet:** This app was extremely useful at obtaining information about possible malicious emails. I recommend it to anyone who receives a lot of spam mail or possibly infected emails that could breach a users security. As a daily Outlook user for both personal and work use, this tool has been of great use to me. Also, with the new SMS Authentication that Fraud.Net has rolled out, you will be able to verify the sender by sending them an automated message that will ask them to verify if they sent a certain email to you. This will make sure that you don't fall for any phishing attempts and keep your sensitive information safe. I really like how they continue to improve the platform to make it so easy to use. They take my teams feedback seriously and I really feel like they are our partner. Oh and also, it helped lower my chargeback rate. Some systems are rules-based and others are more focused on Machine learning. Fraud.net uses both strategies and is really on the cutting edge. **What do you dislike about FraudNet?** There's a lot of information Fraud.net provides back to me. I wish I had more time to look at it all because some of the data points seem really interesting **Recommendations to others considering FraudNet:** I'd make sure you are ready to upgrade or switch providers. This was a big win for my clients but, it did require some technical resources and testing. We had different data in different places and it was hard to make sense of it all. Putting it all together in one place was really helpful. First I just used the api to get a fraud score to feed into our own order management system, but as I got to know Fraudnet's system better, we began using their scoring, case management and automation systems too. Really helpful in getting the initial setup launched, so all around a very pleasant experience in solving an unpleasant problem. **What do you dislike about FraudNet?** Probably worth getting a support plan if you're doing medium volume, since we started without one and the turnaround for email questions was about 24 hours. I think they've gotten better. **Recommendations to others considering FraudNet:** Do some preparation and the process can go really fast. I didn't look at the api documentation or ask for help, so it took me a week longer than it should have, but the whole integration happened in about a month. We programmed the api in less than a day. **What problems is FraudNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a lot of fraud as our volume grew. Our customer service reps weren't able to keep up with the phone calls and manual reviews, so we had Fraud.net come in and score the orders using machine learning so our CSRs would only have to spend a few minutes per review (down from 20 minutes). It's a lot more than just a portal to "approve" or "cancel" transactions, as we soon found out. Within a few months, the fraud.net team showed us things we never thought were even correlated as it relates to how to spot both good and bad users. We were then able to take that data and make adjustments to some of our business practices. As a result, we are approving more good orders and getting less chargebacks. Win-win. **What do you dislike about FraudNet?** We migrated from another provider and at first it was frustrating to relearn a new product that had different (and ultimately better) capabilties, especially for an organization-wide transition. We were looking at it from a 'rules-based' solution, instead of a comprehensive fraud solution, so we had to change our mindset. Glad we did. **Recommendations to others considering FraudNet:** Make sure you have a deployment plan. Fraud.net was really good about helping us scope out what we needed to do and in phases. When your company is making a change like this, it's really important to do technical tests and make sure everything is working well before you fully turn it on.
