Sales and support. In the begining it was hard to find someone who tells us more about the product. I tried reaching out several people over linkedin, phone and sent tons of mails until I found someone who was able to sell it to me. Also the account managment is bad. Some cases get an answer and some did not. I am also not sure who is my actual product manager.
