Sometimes our rep does not respond right away (via email). Also, the time difference is unfortunate for tight deadlines. Might be nice to add a late shift staff member to help. They handle our contract placement candidates, providing all of the necessary, tax, and HR service that typically comes with a large company allowing us to focus on our service offerings. My rep, Alex Wilson, is always responsive to any questions and either has the answer or researches it and replies very quickly. I do feel their fees were high compared to other EEO organizations, but they are addressing this. I also wish they could place candidates in other countries and currencies. The individuals at FoxHire always go above and beyond in everything they do! They always answer the phone and are there to help out in any way.
